Terms of use

These terms govern the use of CELIWAY and of user accounts. You accept them when you create an account.

Who provides the service

What CELIWAY is and is not

CELIWAY gathers what venues, celiac associations and other sources declare, with its date. It is not a certification, a kitchen audit or a guarantee, and it does not replace advice from a healthcare professional.

The information may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm at the venue how the food is prepared, especially if you have coeliac disease or an allergy. Walking times, opening hours and maps are approximate and partly depend on external services.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions based solely on this information or for what each venue offers or serves.

Your account

Accounts are free and are only needed to post reviews. You must be at least 14 years old, give real details and confirm your email. Look after your password and do not let anyone else use your account.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to hola@noalergeno.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Reviews

Share your own experience, honestly and respectfully. You may not post:

  • information you know to be false, or reviews written for payment or about your own business;
  • insults, threats or discriminatory content;
  • other people's personal data;
  • links or advertising.

Your review is published straight away with your account name and the date, and it expresses only your opinion, not CELIWAY's. You remain its author; you allow us to show it on CELIWAY, free of charge, until you withdraw it.

Anyone can report a review: after three reports from different people it is hidden automatically until we check it. We may also remove reviews that break these rules. To withdraw a review of yours, or to tell us about one that affects you, write to us.

Advertising and links

CELIWAY is funded by sponsors. Ads are labelled and do not change the order or information of the places. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

Intellectual property

The CELIWAY brand, design and texts belong to their owner or are used with permission. Do not copy them for other purposes or extract data automatically without our authorisation. The maps use OpenStreetMap data, under its licence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here, with its date, and let you know if the change is significant.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies. If you are acting as a consumer, you can go to the courts of your place of residence.
